Whether you’ve practised Yoga before or not, there is something for every pregnant woman to enjoy in our Yoga classes. Beautiful breathing techniques to use during birth, lovely movement safe for pregnancy and a space to slow down and help reduce stress and anxiety.
Rosie will share information each week on pre-natal subjects such as breastfeeding, pain relief, stages of labour and techniques for you during pregnancy, birth and beyond. We will also be joined by a midwife and a hypno-birthing instructor at the end of each 12 week block of classes. They will share some wonderful words of wisdom and encouragement with you.
Perhaps you have an NCT group you would like to practise with, or some other friends with bumps. Contact us to arrange a private Yoga session via Zoom; it's a fab way to connect with one another.
Our pregnancy classes are a safe and sacred place for you to come with your baby bump, meet some other Mums and breathe and move a little bit too. Oh and we will always have a lovely long relaxation at the end...
There is something truly amazing about a class filled with new Mum’s and the noises of babies! Our Mum and baby classes are designed to help restore, rejuvenate and rebuild after pregnancy and birth. The classes give Mum’s a chance to move and breath, offer some songs and actions to entertain the babies and give both a beautiful chance to bond together.

Whether you’ve done Yoga before or not, it really doesn’t matter. There is absolutely no issue if your baby cries, poos, feeds - that’s what they do and we welcome everyone; including babes who aren’t playing ball that day. The space we create in the room together is one of compassion and support; and we always make sure there is time for a catch up and a chat too.
'Doing Yoga remotely works so much better than I expected - you can really get into your own zone without any self consciousness getting in the way. There have been the odd nights when I've been tired and I haven't felt like joining but I always enjoy the session and feel so glad I did attend, the stretching feels amazing, I'm learning I'm stronger than I thought and Rosie's moments of laughter create a lovely atmosphere.'
